With the world changing day by day, its no wonder why technology keeps this world moving forward. Technology can be at you finger tips everyday and can help in pretty much almost every way. Kids seem to be the most up to date with technology. Their peers around them keep them motivated to learn more. Most teachers honestly get motivated to use technology from their students or children. The younger generation seems to find everything out first and then the adults want in on the fun too. So in a way I think students and teachers influence each other in the classroom to use technology. A lot of kids get more excited to learn and learn easier by the motivation of the teachers to add technology in the classroom.

The ITSE standards are very helpful in the education world. It helps a student and teacher get a larger idea on the different types of methods out there. I specifically like the creative communicator one. Being able to express yourself and to have others understand you is a huge help to this educational system. I strongly believe that every student has a voice and it should be heard so I believe this one sticks out and should be made known. Innovative Design seems to be a little of my reach as of now. Being crafty and being able to build up designs isn't my strongest suite. However I believe it is an important part and that every future educator should try and master it !

I do believe in the term digital native in most cases. Obviously some people adapt to things easier than others but defiantly being born into an era can help the way you grow up. Being a digital native means to be someone who brought up in the wave of technology. There  defiantly are ways that digital natives and digital immigrants act. Digital natives work quicker and find out new things quicker with technology compared to digital immigrants. For example, even a simple thing like texting. A kid could type a certain text three times as fast as an adult can. Also kids are more connected to social media therefore they can find things out so much faster and learn things by just being alerted quickly. I do except crazy changes to happen by the time I become a teacher. But I do feel they will better the educational system. I hope to like the changes and learn from my students on how to better life in a way of technology so I can learn to live the easiest life for my children to learn.

On of the most recent tools that I have been loving using in EME 2040 is Twitter! I have been using twitter my whole life but now I am using it in a totally different way. I know all the backbones and ways as to how to use just from using it everyday and adapting to the ways of twitter. It is a great source that lets you get out information. There is even a tool that students can turn on that will notify them every time a specific person tweets. It would be good for them to do that for their teacher in case they had any last minute announcements. I have been interacting with a lot of my classmates and also educational leaders in the this world. I hope to use this in my future to easily communicate with future students. However, depending on kids maturity, it could be a bad tool to use.
