School without Microsoft Word is like the beach without sand. They just go together! Throughout my schooling I have used Microsoft probably for every class 9th grade and up. It is such a helpful tool that makes the world of education a better and easier work environment. Typing papers is easier for the student and easier for the teacher because of it. We have all this great technology there is no need to let it go to waste. Throughout my schooling I used it to type out homework and classwork assignments so it is easier to read, type essays, and even to take notes! I personally do not have the best handwritten so for me this was a wonderful invention for not only me but the people reading my work! My teachers have also used this tool to create tests on, give the class information, and even type their syllabus on. So right from the first day of classes each classroom pretty much uses Microsoft word!  Could you imagine if we still had to hand write information and our essays?

There is so much knowledge everywhere in this almost on every topic out there. Students have access to whatever topic they want just by a quick search. One of the most important things we learn in the honor system right away is to never take credit for work that is not yours. Copyright is not something messed with in any grade level. It is taken so seriously you can get kicked out of school. I personally would never risk being lazy and copying someones work. Is it really worth a degree and the thousands of dollars you pay to be in a university? No! There is so much out there and teachers are so helpful when it comes to learning the ways around copying someones work. Every student knows how seriously this taken and teachers do a great job of teaching us that information. Throughout my experience I've seen kids take the fall for work that they were just too lazy to do themselves and I can promise you they certainly regretted in. As a teacher myself, I would instruct kids on the wrongdoings of taking someones work but more importantly I would show them the right way to go about situations like this. Every kid needs to learn just like I did and this is something Id want every kid to master before reaching the college and adult world level. Id instruct them the right way to do it yet id also show them and give them examples of the consequences that could happen so they understand.

Implementation issues are a huge first step in teaching. Mastering it and creating helps run a smooth and hardworking classroom. To guarantee success implementing the first things is something you must deal with. As a teacher you are the one who creates rules and ways to implement your students to be on the ball and prepared to learn. Three issues that I would bring forth in my classroom would be letting my students know the course plan and how I am going to instruct them to reach and achieve the learning goals, however also prepare them for sudden change because you never know what can happen. Another resource is redesigning plans for the day. If something goes wrong with technology and we get stuck in a sticky situation. A plan must be implemented to change the course of the day instead of wasting away time. Lastly, creating a common ground with my coworkers on how to properly teach the subject on track together is an implemented plan needed. Everyone has different minds so it is good to keep an open mind. I most likely will not be the only person teaching my subject yet it is good to all stick together. So implementing good ideas and seeing through coworkers eyes on finding the best way to have my students learn to their best ability is a plan I strive to do.
