Using this student center activity is a helpful source to help future students learn and benefit from learning. It is primarily focused on researching a topic and then answering reading comprehension questions. Being able to read texts on a topic such as the history of women athletes like in this assignment and fully understand it is important. It is a good talent to have because being able to comprehend something and be able to know it so well is helpful for the student. It is helpful to add questions after like in this activity because it proves the student did their research and read up on the assignment. For a teacher, that is something you hope your students intend to do. Also, if they read their assignments and have questions after, it can help benefit them for the test that they will take.
Another key part to this activity is how it says students will use an account to upload their responses. This is helpful so the students and teachers can connect through a portal. Most websites where you can create a class page with announcements, reminders, and be able to submit assignments such as this one are very helpful to learn talents such as organization and communication.
With having accounts to turn in assignments it can be very convenient yet also not. This means students can do their homework on their own time at home. They can do this with computers, tablets, laptops, and even if their phone has internet. However, this assignment can be poor if a student does not have the technology at hand to do it. There are ways around such as a student coming in during lunch time and using a computer provided or going to the library and completing it there.

This is such a cool activity! It incorporates technology to simplify things. Teachers can easily view their students grades so they can assess their knowledge quickly. This is a good resource to allow students to be able to critically think about reading and make sure they can comprehend what they are reading. You have a good point about the lack of technology being an issue though. Anything with technology in classrooms can quite possibly have that problem if students don't have at home easy access to technology. Overall, I like this resource a lot and would use it in one of my classrooms for sure!
