http://www.cpalms.org/Public/PreviewStandard/Preview/6035 -Select the 1 Student Center Activity on the right inside the purple under related sources. Using this student center activity is a helpful source to help future students learn and benefit from learning. It is primarily focused on researching a topic and then answering reading comprehension questions. Being able to read texts on a topic such as the history of women athletes like in this assignment and fully understand it is important. It is a good talent to have because being able to comprehend something and be able to know it so well is helpful for the student. It is helpful to add questions after like in this activity because it proves the student did their research and read up on the assignment. For a teacher, that is something you hope your students intend to do. Also, if they read their assignments and have questions after, it can help benefit them for the test that they will take. Tech Standards are a very important concept to master all around before entering the teaching word! With the knowledge I have now, I feel like I could passionately teach my future students the standards Literature, History/Social Studies, Text Structure, and use digital media! Throughout my years of being a student I felt I have adapted these skills very well. You learn a lot by doing things repeatedly and that is what I've done with these skills ! Some of the standards I defiantly need to work more with to try and get are Science/Technology, Evaluate Speakers Point of View, and Vocabulary. Taking time and working with these standards is something I am going to do so I can make the best effort to teach to the best of my ability. I learned how to master the other ones by doing them over and over so I hope to do that with these standards. With the world we live in today, there is new and improved items coming for us everyday. School without Microsoft Word is like the beach without sand. They just go together! Throughout my schooling I have used Microsoft probably for every class 9th grade and up. It is such a helpful tool that makes the world of education a better and easier work environment. Typing papers is easier for the student and easier for the teacher because of it. We have all this great technology there is no need to let it go to waste. Throughout my schooling I used it to type out homework and classwork assignments so it is easier to read, type essays, and even to take notes! I personally do not have the best handwritten so for me this was a wonderful invention for not only me but the people reading my work! My teachers have also used this tool to create tests on, give the class information, and even type their syllabus on. So right from the first day of classes each classroom pretty much uses Microsoft word!  Could you imagine if we still had to hand write information and our essays? There ...
With the world changing day by day, its no wonder why technology keeps this world moving forward. Technology can be at you finger tips everyday and can help in pretty much almost every way. Kids seem to be the most up to date with technology. Their peers around them keep them motivated to learn more. Most teachers honestly get motivated to use technology from their students or children. The younger generation seems to find everything out first and then the adults want in on the fun too. So in a way I think students and teachers influence each other in the classroom to use technology. A lot of kids get more excited to learn and learn easier by the motivation of the teachers to add technology in the classroom. The ITSE standards are very helpful in the education world. It helps a student and teacher get a larger idea on the different types of methods out there. I specifically like the creative communicator one. Being able to express yourself and to have others understand you is a huge ...
